Most Whole Foods or even Trader Joes carry it in containers, or in worse case, u buy a young coconut and use a sharp knife to poke a hole and drain into glass and enjoy. Because of that I absolutely HAVE TO DO core exercises. Lots of crunches, planks, and supermans. If I don't I suffer.
